We require a dream team that we can trust and who would yield for an even better future. How do we create such a team? First, let us understand what is a dream team. A dream team is not merely those people who were assigned or delegated tasks by the leader of an organization, but those groups of people who share the same vision and goals. Dream teams would work together in attaining their common objective and goals. A dream team has its character of working jointly, sharing among them the success and failures of the organization. Sustainability is a trending thing these days. We need to be in better alignment and mind frame to make sure, we are getting things aligned well. Because sustainability is a bit new idea in the notion, we might feel like things would not work well, until we do it first! But this is also a lot more about being persistent in all of our efforts as well!
